Lesson learned from the movie Forest Gump

Hopefully you remember the movie Forrest Gump.  The movie recap is on someone who was considered slow but led the most remarkable life in spite of his shortcomings.

In the movie, Forrest decided to carryout the agreement he had with his Vietnam War buddy (who was killed).  Forrest bought a shrimping boat but was having miserable results with his new enterprise.  His old military officer joins as his boat mate and still no success.  

The lesson?  His business fortunes turned when he brought the power of prayer into his life. Once he began to make prayer part of his life, he was rewarded in a fantastic way.

Did Forrest keep all of his good fortune?  No, he shared his wealth by giving back.

Consider the powerful benefits of prayer to bless you in life and don't forget to give back when you have the opportunity.
