Recent Posts:Want new sales?I was at a convenience store yesterday evening. I initiated a conversation with the clerk and he shared with me that business was down. I began replaying in my mind what I saw as I was in the store. For prior customers, it was ring up the purchase and done.I appreciate quick customer service (for instance I love HEB grocery store's checkout lines since they are routinely pretty fast) but I know I would patronize a store more often if they chat with me as they are ringing up my selection. I know if I'm a regular patron. Shouldn't they know it too. I mean doesn't everyone want to be remembered?
Make me feel like I'm important to you and I'll keep coming back. I suppose that's one of the ways to recession proof your business. I think that's one key to new sales and devoted customers.
I am a CPA in San Antonio and serve individuals and small businesses in San Antonio and surrounding areas.
