  • What is the word from Joe Dirt

I don't know why I liked the movie Joe Dirt so much.  Somehow that movie just locks me in to watching it no matter what I'm doing in the day.

One of the things I liked about it was the main character's positive outlook on life.  In the movie, he was dealt a pretty crummy hand but he always had something he was looking forward to.

I believe the same positive outlook is necessary when you are a business owner.  You need to believe in your heart that things will work out for your business.  Certainly, you need the skills, infrastructure and work ethic to serve your product or service to the customers.  The thing is, the customers can sense when you are genuinely interested in them and what you do.

So like Joe said, Life's a garden, dig it.   What I think he meant is to enjoy what you do and increase your chance for success.
