Think about that. It's tough to operate just one restaurant business but this young man has managed to flourish with multiple operations. Hats off to him.
I suppose my point is to get moving and do your research to find out what it is you want to do and then establish a plan to get it moving.
If people would spend less time moaning about how lucky someone else is to be self employed and take a chance on opening their own enterprise, we would all benefit.
There are countless stories I've heard over the years on how little money was spent to launch a successful business. For some reason, people presume you need to start with a lot of money. It certainly doesn't hurt to have a bunch of money but mostly passion for what you do and a plan are going to help.
I heard the story about a mexican restaurant which started humbly with the pots and pans from their home and less than 20 dollars in cash. Was it a risk? Yes, but that business and others have flourished from humble origins.
