Recent Posts:Take a chance, you only live onceI've taken chances in my life. The outcomes weren't always what I wanted them to be but at least I tried. One of my biggest fears is reaching my retirement years with regrets. I wanted self employment so I took the chance to start my own business. Now, we have moved into a building twice the size of our last office space. Scared? Nope. I'm scared only to not take the opportunities that life will present me.
One of my best friends shared how his company just layed off two entire departments of employees recently. Hopefully, those newly unemployed people will find jobs soon. Perhaps one or two will be brave enough to attempt self employment. I hope they make it.
Think about it. On the one hand you have a job working for a company and at any time, Poof. Your job is eliminated. On the other, you start a little business on the side and perhaps it takes off to provide full time wages. Why wouldn't you go for it? I don't know but some still don't.
Take a chance. Perhaps it's your lottery ticket which pays off big for you.
