    • Who is responsible for where you are in life

    I can't tell you the number of times I've heard "You're so lucky to have your own business.  It must be nice." 
     
    Yes, having your own business is nice and time consuming and requiring of sacrifice.
     
    Those same people who comment that way usually work in things like I wish, I'll bet I could do it, or things similar.
     
    With few exceptions, you are responsible for where you are in life.  Don't like your life?  Change it before you lose your nerve.  Have too little time?  Take stock of how much time you spend watching TV or doing things which sabatoge creating your own financial empire.
     
    It's not that I'm any luckier than you (same goes true for other entrepeurs).  It's just that my fellow business owners and I are singularly focused to make our dream of business ownership a reality.
