You can't control all the variables in business

A very big I'm sorry to all of you daily readers of my blog.  I would first like to say the buck stops with me.  However, I was unable to blog Saturday and Sunday because of some technical issues on my website.  At the moment, I am posting in a different screen thanks to some help I received just now from my webmaster.

My recent website problem just goes to show how hard it is to control all the variables in your business.  On Saturday and on Sunday, I logged into my website early (about 4:30AM) but was locked out from accessing my blog page to add new content. 

One thing I've learned in owning a business is how you need to be willing to let go if you want to grow.  If only one person does everything then he or she will be unable to grow beyond what the human limit of one person can do.

Great entrepreneurs have learned it takes the ability to leverage the effort of others in order to expand your business.

If you don't learn this lesson about delegation then like a car which will eventually break down, so will you.
