Recent Posts:Tax preparation by a CPA is not just for the richCPA firms cater to different clients. Those catering to larger companies or more complex tax clients may charge more. Still, CPA firms are like any other industry in which we target services to a particular market.I market to individuals and small businesses. My prices are competitive. I don't mean against CPA firms only. I mean against volume preparers as well. The volume preparers? Those are the ones who market on the radio, tv and/or newspaper. You would easily recognize their names.
Why don't you consider a CPA when our price is competitive?
On another related matter, there are times when a potential tax client will kick the tires and call us to compare prices with the person who prepares taxes "on the side" for mad money. I'm all for saving money but how is it a savings when there's a problem with the filed return and the original preparer can't or doesn't have the time to help? Usually they don't have the time because they're working full time doing something else for a living and well they've already been paid so "its somebody else's problem". I have been engaged before to "clean up" problems caused by "on the side" providers. Why potentially pay twice?
I am a CPA in San Antonio and provide bookkeeping, payroll, taxes and more. We offer a free initial visit and look forward to serving your business needs.
