    • Think before you leap

    Boy did I step in it.  I was looking for an edge to keep me a little more alert.  I went to a local drug store and bought Ginko Biloba.  I just didn't think about any adverse reactions.  Did I have one?  Oh yeah.
     
    I took the max dose on Tuesday evening and all day Wednesday felt terrible.  Elevated heart rate, dizziness, lack of warmth.
     
    I lost a day of productivity.  
     
    I just didn't think before I leapt.  Lesson learned.
