    • Change the job search paradigm

    It takes a shift in thinking but which is easier, finding a new job or starting a new business?  On the one hand you have perhaps hundreds of applicants for one quality employment position posted and the other just your own personal reservations to overcome.
     
    Do you eat out at the same restaurant every time?  Do you shop at the same store exclusively? My guess to the last couple of questions would be no and that is one of the reasons why brand new businesses have a chance of making it.
     
    There are opportunities available for a new business but it takes a first brave step to make to grab your piece of success.
