How to borrow a page from big business

In my past, I've worked for big business.  There are many time saving things which I've learned thanks to my time working for "the man".

As you may have read on previous posts, I'm trying to make arrangements to commute via bicycle to my office.  What happens if a client wants to meet in person?  Well, I'm currently researching a technology solution rather than a transportation answer.

I have begun checking video chat solutions and will share more as I perform my due diligence.  

My office already has a courier to deliver documents but this new opportunity may allow my firm to come that much closer to cutting edge technology.  These are exciting times.
