Relaxing is just as important as exercise and work.  Your body is a machine (of sorts) and needs idle time to recharge so you can work at a productive level.

 

I love my children.  I'm sure they have something planned for me today.  Raising children is one of the toughest roles that there is.  You need to be there to catch them when they take those first few steps in walking.  Then you need to be there to support them as they begin to make their own decisions in life.  Hopefully one day they will be self sufficient and happy.  Even as adults, you'll never stop worrying about them.  Being a Dad is probably one of the things I'm most proud of in my life.
