    I believe I have finally arrived at a decision.  For a time fax machines were the rage.  Though there is still a purpose for fax machines, there is another invention which I'm only now getting ready to pull the trigger on.  
     
    I've been toying with the idea of purchasing a scanner for awhile.  I'm not talking about one which requires you to put in one sheet manually at a time but one with automatic feed which will take multiple pages to do its thing.
     
    The main reason I want the scanner is what it provides to me.  I will be able to reduce my storage space, lower my paper costs (the need to make copies is diminished), unclutter my office, use fewer storage boxes and if done properly decrease the time to look for that one document which constantly eludes me.
     
    The prices of quality scanners have dropped enough to where it makes fiscal sense.  It looks like I'll be able to save all around.  Don't you love technology?
