    • Set your business apart from the rest

    I am at the point in my life where I don't want to fit in.  Remember in school when you wanted to avoid standing out for fear of ridicule (peer pressure was so big back in the day and I suppose still is for kids now)?  You just had to have the same type of shoes as what was hot back then or jeans or shirt or whatever.
     
    Being exactly like the others in business means you just kind of blend in when new clients are trying to decide which business to select for their needs.  You must be bold to be noticed and to generate new sales.
     
    I was just on facebook looking at a bicycle page of a local cruising club.  I spotted my model cruiser bicycle on it and cringed.  I know my newest bicycle was mass produced.  It's just now I need to make it my own with accents to set it apart.  Customizing a look may not make sense to some but in business like in bicycles, you really should try to stand out.  It's fun and it provides returns in ways you never expected.
