Recent Posts:Plan for growth before you experience itI flipped burgers at a fast food joint during my high school years to make some spending money. I think it taught me so much about business. Good upselling in pushing an extra piece of pie, arriving on time, working as a team and even planning for growth.I remember having to turn away customers because store management didn't order enough buns for the day. That didn't happen only one time but unfortunately a number of times. How do you not have an inventory of buns at all times when you sell hamburgers? Why wouldn't you have a backup plan to overcome those type of emergencies? As a small business operator, I still can't believe believe it.
It's so many things to consider when you grow a business but not having the inventory to sell to customers should be high on your list.
