How to decide on what business to open

You may choose to enter an industry with lots of competitors or perhaps observe for yourself a need not currently filled in your city.  Think creatively.  Perhaps a business which creates rooftop gardens in buildings or finding a new way of saving people money on utilities.

Just because nobody is currently doing it is no reason to not pursue that direction.  It may just be an opportunity for you to become a market leader without spending a fortune to get there.
