How to increase sales

It's surprisingly simple to increase sales.  One of the chief ways is to really listen to your customers.  Why guess when your customers can provide the answer.  

A burger place may hear customer comments on offering chicken.  A flower shop may offer a candy combo based on what they hear from customers.

You never know where you're going to pick up your next great idea.  Keep in mind that you have two ears and one mouth.  That means listen more before you speak and you just might be generating higher sales.
