Recent Posts:A trait in business which will serve you wellAs a business owner for many years, I've had to make a shift in my thinking. I really am pretty conservative and had for years been afraid to take chances. After all, the decisions I had to make would affect my Wife and kids. The scariest decision I ever made was to start my own business with no guarantee it would succeed. Since then, I continue to make decisions which while they still worry me to make, I know making them is ultimately good for my business. If you plan on having a business grow, you need to be willing to fail. It's a very useful trait. Not all decisions made will produce positive results but you learn from each one made. The safest bet isn't to keep the status quo and operate as a one person shop. The best bet is to be willing to take a chance on hiring employees and expanding your business though you don't know for sure that it will work out. Have faith in what you do and the courage to take a chance. Great things just might come to you. I am a CPA in San Antonio and provide bookkeeping, payroll, taxes and more. We offer a free initial visit and look forward to serving your business needs. Richard J. Garcia | 10/09/2011
