Be passionate in your work and your play

I believe one of the chief components to business success is to be passionate about what you do.  People really appreciate someone who loves what they do and I believe those customers enjoy that experience.

On my off time, I volunteer my time in a Church Choir.  I thought I sang pretty well until I recorded my own voice during a couple of practices.  I am passionate about being closer to my Church and though I now realize I'm no Michael Buble, my passion for singing will improve now that I can recognize and work on my deficiencies as a singer.

So be passionate about what you do but don't be afraid to self evaluate yourself in an objective manner to improve.
