Do you have benchmarks for your business?  I'm not talking about scuffs and scrapes on a bench.  I'm talking about a way to measure how well you are doing something and the resources it requires to produce that product or service.

Large corporations have them as have documented how to do a repetitious task.  Take for example McDonalds restaurants.  When they apply the condiments, they have created a dispenser to produce the exact measurement of ketcup, mustard or such that is required for that product.  By taking care of that step, they save on waste.

Continuously examine the way you do business to improve efficiency and return more money to your pocketbook.

I am a CPA in San Antonio and provide bookkeeping, payroll, taxes and more.  We offer a free initial visit and look forward to serving your business needs.
