Get involved as often as you can

It's a bit after 3AM right now.  I'm getting ready to load my stuff for this year's San Antonio Rock and Roll Marathon.  The bicycle group which I belong to must drop off our pot luck dishes at a fellow member's home and then get to the starting line soon. 

Yes, I'm tired from an already full weekend but the more you get involved in activities, the more you enjoy what is going on around you.

It should be fun and it's something which when I'm really old, I can tell the story to my Grandkids.  I should point out I have no Grandkids right now though.
