Participation adds flavor to life

So, the Rock and Roll event for San Antonio is over.  Though I ride pretty much every week, it's just not the same as riding with 1000 other people.  22 miles is nothing for me and though they limit the speed at which you could ride (20MPH), I spent a good portion just taking in the experience of a nice ride with the streets blocked off just for us.  

It was neat to spend the day participating with others.  I could have watched TV but you just don't feel the same level of excitement.

I think events such as the one I was involved with are great for getting people up and to let us appreciate all of what the city has to offer.

Get into whatever you like to do.  Don't wait.  Life has a way of taking you in a different direction if you do.
