Recent Posts:Tools for keeping track of your appointmentsWhen I was much younger, I could keep track of appointments in my head. It was probably much simpler back then as I had only a few things going on at any one time. For many years, I've been using an organizer in one form or another. First it was a day planner (which I now find bulky), then a small pocket planner (still not really convenient), then a palm pilot (I loved it all the way up until it finally died after 10 years of use) and currently keep my schedule on my phone app device. I've learned from painful experience how fragile the first visit with a potential client is. Each is getting to know the other and running late or forgetting the appointment can (and many times does) kill the opportunity. I consider the means of tracking appointments, contact information and such essential to the running of a business. If you don't have some means of recording your upcoming activities then do yourself a favor and get one soon. I am a CPA in San Antonio and provide bookkeeping, payroll, taxes and more. We offer a free initial visit and look forward to serving your business needs. Richard J. Garcia | 12/28/2011
