Recent Posts:Maintain productivity through ergonomicsI remember an old boss (back from when I was still working for "the man") whose shoulders were perpetually slumped from years of working at a desk. I have recently tried to improve my posture and relieve my chronic backache by using pillows and such to support my back while I work at my desk. I'm also paying much more attention to my body position when I sleep so I don't spend my rest period twisted like a pretzel. I didn't feel the pain as much when I was young. I'd work for hours in one position on the computer. The accumulation of years sitting and working is not natural for the body. I feel much more energized with the back support I'm now using. Such a simple thing really and when your back remains in alignment, you can maintain your energy longer (at least I can). I am a CPA in San Antonio and provide bookkeeping, payroll, taxes and more. We offer a free initial visit and look forward to serving your business needs.
