    • Practicing on the lost art of conversation

    yesterday my Wife and youngest daughter accompanied me to a restaurant near our home for lunch. No sooner than the point we were seated when both pulled out their smart phones and began surfing the net. Well I was a bit miffed but instead off getting on them about how rude it was to ignore the person accompanying them, I encouraged them to practice the lost art of conversation. We talked about High School, my kid's band and other things. If you don't practice then how will you be able to do it when you need to do it in your career and such?
