    • Consistency is critical in business

    So I'm sitting at a restaurant right now at 7am getting breakfast before my regular Wednesday morning meeting. I love this restaurant as the food is consistently good. It's important to be able to count on that. I have a client who owns and operates a restaurant who has said the same thing.
