Projecting your business image

McDonalds, Home Depot, Macy's, Big Lots.  The moment you hear those names, an image pops into your head for each.  Food, home repairs, clothing and bargains.  Their advertisements on different mediums (print, radio, television) have created an image of what they provide and you know they are leaders in their industry thanks to their continual touches they have on our lives.

What about small business?  Small business may not have the capital of those particular establishments but must still continuously project their business image to acquire and keep clients.
