Image isn't everything in business but it's a lot

A number of years ago, Andre Agassi was the spokesperson for a camera manufacturer.  Though he is now as hair challenged as I am, back then he had long locks of hair.  His phrase in the heavily rotated commercial was "Image is everything."  Well, image is certainly a lot but everything it is not.

The quality of a good or service, customer service and the availability to providing that good or service are equally as important.  All of what I'm sharing is pretty basic but you'd be surprised at the number of small businesses which miss at least one of these important parts.
