Identify areas in your business for improvement

We have a phone in every work area of our building.  For some time, we have had a minor technical issue (the phone cord was malfunctioning) so we could utilize our front work area's phone.  If you were up front when a call came in then you'd dash to one of the other phones before the answering machine engaged.  Why I waited so long to make such a minor purchase is beyond me.

Beginning today, we now have the ability to pick up a phone quite easily from areas where we spend at least a significant portion of our time. 

Sometimes it takes an aha moment to improve an area of your business that you might be consistently overlooking.
