Recent Posts:Improving customer serviceAs a CPA in San Antonio, I've had to create my own style of customer service. Whether you sell your time or a product, good customer service will generate word of mouth referrals and loyal customers. By the same token, poor customer service will leave a lasting impression and may affect the return of patrons to your establishment. I must admit that I have taken a considerable amount of customer service learning from watching restaurant employees. I notice the places I normally eat at have staff who greet me with a smile and who seem to be genuinely interested in making sure I have a pleasant dining event. I tip according to my eating experience so I believe their actions are designed to return the greatest tip possible. The food may have been unremarkable but the experience for me of superior service will ensure a return trip and a healthy tip. Richard J. Garcia | 02/18/2010
