Small business and working within a budget

I've had the opportunity to chat with a few fairly new entrepreneurs this week.  Each had something in common.  All of them had to work within a humble budget to avoid wrecking their small but growing business cash flow.

I've seen many business owners create amazing things with cast offs and mix matched pieces to create a great look for their shops.  The most recent was repurposing placemats on a wall and affixing their business name letter by letter on each mat.  It was a cool and imaginative look.

Learning how to do more with less will tilt the odds to your favor on being able not only to survive but to grow.
