Conserving cash flow but spending when necessary

I stopped off very early this morning at my neighborhood grocery store to replenish food stock to my office pantry and refrigerator.  Being in business for a long while has provided me with great insights on when to save money and when to spend.

When I'm in the office all day, I'll do my own cooking using the kitchen appliances I've acquired over the years.  I can grill, microwave, cook on the electric skillet or the toaster oven.  Stretching my dollars lets me build capital for making business equipment purchases.  Hopefully, the new equipment saves us time and increases the potential number of billable hours.  Eating right helps to keep my energy up during the reporting deadlines practitioners like me face every year.

You'd be surprised how much you squander if you're not paying attention to what you're spending your hard earned money on.
