Creating demand for your product or service

What's the secret to creating demand for your product or service?  Well, it's not just one thing but many different factors.  Some of the big factors include the quality of the product/service, the customer service, the convenience (location) and the dependability of the business.

I've known some wonderful businesses which are closed now simply because they didn't promote themselves properly or had treated their customers in a brusk manner.  Really?  Really.

Operating a business is much more than opening up your doors and having customers walk in.
