That's alright for you but I'm fine doing my own thing I thought. The funny thing is, every afternoon around 2 or 3 I'd feel my energy level wane. I had received a Christmas gift blender almost a half year ago and this week I finally began to use it to make smoothies (fruit based and vegetable ones too) at the office for breakfast and lunch. Guess what? I've lost 4 pounds in under a week, my energy (and productivity is up) and I'm sleeping better. Even the lady in the grocery store remarked how energetic I was this morning as I bought a few more things to add to my smoothies. Wow!
