Payment may be received in many forms.  Cash, check, credit cards.  I resisted for many years until recently accepting credit cards.  Why?  Well, I didn't want to pay the processing fees.

Which is better. to wait a considerable time to get paid or accept credit cards for prompt payment?  If your aging of receivables is substantial then you have your answer.  Accepting multiple means of payment (including bartering) is a way to keep your business afloat.

I am a CPA in San Antonio and provide bookkeeping, payroll, taxes and more.  We offer a free initial visit and look forward to serving your business needs.
