Why cultivating a network of self employed business owners is important

Once you've stepped of the edge of the cliff into self employment, you feel somewhat alone.  It's hard for people who aren't self employed to understand the worries of running "the show".  Cash flow ups and downs, hiring problems, infrastructure concerns are but a few of the things.  When possible, try and establish a relationship with fellow business owners.  They can share ideas or at the very least understand your business problems.
