  • Feed your engine the right way

    It's so easy to grab a burger on the run during lunch or stop at some fast food place.  The foods are tempting and it all tastes so good.  The problem is the accumulation of poor food choices result in a run down feeling which seem to leave you working in a slower gear.

    I've started eating oatmeal (no I'm not excited about eating it) in the morning and take my lunch to the office.  In addition, I have raw fruit and vegetables (carrots) which I munch on mid day and mid afternoon.

    The healthier food choices coupled with a big mug of water I drink throughout the day have really made me feel better which translates into more productivity.

    Give it a try and see how much more you can do once your body has good fuel in it.
