A small business owner needs to learn how to sell

Whether you want to or not, a small business owner is always selling.  What do you do if you don't know how?  Get yourself educated or hire someone who knows how. 

I read hundreds of books on business.  A significant portion of them dealt with selling.  What does a CPA firm have to know about selling?  Every business sells, even mine.

Any time I stop by a bookstore, I look first for something that interests me on a personal level and then I head to the business section to see if there is anything I can purchase which will help my clients or my business.  You always need to be learning (including learning how to sell your product/services better).
