Planning for success in business

What's funny in business is that no one business is the same as another.  Even in the same city and industry, there will be differences.  That is also why one plan for success may not work for all.

Every morning we turn on our a/c units for the office.  If we wait until later in the day, the units will be unable to catch up and cool our space properly.  It is what it is since we are located in an area with very little shade immediately around us and lots of asphalt.  A cool building means the people inside it are more comfortable and hopefully are able to produce more work.  lt is a small part of our plan for success.
