Finding joy while running a business

The genesis for starting a business may be different from owner to owner.  Some were just tired of the corporate bureacracy where they worked while others found suddently themselves out of a job.

In all the years of operating a business, I've never had a period of time where everything was perfect.  Maybe it doesn't exist when running a business.  What I have found is joy in business and that doesn't happen by accident.

I work at finding joy in what I do day to day.  I believe going through the daily business grind without finding some level of joy may just burn you out.

Give it a try and see if it doesn't improve your whole disposition.
