Balance your life and business
One of the hardest things to do for a business owner is to balance the amount of time and energy they have between work and their personal life. No matter how much money they may have saved, it never seems to be enough to meet the financial demands of their new or existing business. As a result, business owners throw massive workhours into negating the cashflow crunch their business faces at different times in the year.
Their personal lives however tend to suffer enormously and create tension (especially in a household with a spouse and kids). The owner figures their sacrifice of time into the business is for the wellbeing of the family in that the business will ultimately provide for the financial needs of those they love.
It's important for the business owner to set "appointments" to ensure they have quality time available for the family. Unfortunately, family may not understand why Daddy or Mommy spend so much time away. Those appointments also extend to personal time. I myself take time to ride a bicycle. That is my time to let the stress of life melt away and improve my health at the same time.
If you can balance your time between work and home then you will have made significant progress for success.
