    I don't know about you but my energy level is expended unevenly throughout the day for some reason.  I've taken vitamins, proper rest and exercise but at times my body will feel like it's off line.  I recently have been finding more energy by making a conscious effort to sit in a more aligned posture at work.
    My Mother has told me for years not to slouch when sitting.  Long hours working at a desk can make you forget simple things like proper posture.  Now that I am keeping my spine properly aligned, I am hearing my Mother's voice in my head telling me that I should have been doing that all the time.  O.K. Mom, I get it now.
    If you have trouble with feeling listless during your work hours, try and keep a proper posture from the moment you get into work.  For me, I am noticing the difference and I seem to have energy to spare at the end of my work day.
    Try if you can to pay attention to your body position when you sleep as well.  I think allowing your body to realign itself while you sleep may yield even more health benefits for you and help get a more restful sleeping experience.
