Speak PlainlyFirst of all, Happy July 4th to everyone. We celebrate our Country's independence day today.
One of the things I notice about long time business owners is their ability to speak plainly when the occasion warrants.
There are times when you must be clear about an issue and to not address it to the parties concerned would mean you condone the events which continue to occur. If you are paying for something then you should receive value in return. Whether it's for work to be performed or someone who expects something for nothing, all parties must be satisfied in the circumstances.
I too would rather speak plainly than to allow a situation to fester and possibly destroy relationships because someone wasn't happy and kept their mouth shut.
I am a CPA in San Antonio and serve individuals and small businesses in San Antonio and surrounding areas. We provide bookkeeping, payroll, taxes and more. Give us a call and remember, the initial visit is free.
