  • How to control your business cash flow

If cash flow is the life blood of your business, why wouldn't you take steps to control its use?
Whether your business is brand new or established, you've got to be careful of how you spend.  Spending will be required (advertising, supplies, utilities, rent) but being able to prevent unnecessary spending will leave you more options on the lulls which mark every business.
What do I mean by lulls?  O.K.,  a retail store won't do the same level of business in every month.  Some months will be slower than others.  However, spending will be made in every month the business is open.  If you're spending more than you make in a particular month, you need to build up cash reserves to get you over the hump.
Think about your cash situation as you encounter spending opportunities in your business.  The life of your business depends on it.
I am a CPA in San Antonio and provide bookkeeping, payroll, taxes and more.  We offer a free initial visit and look forward to serving your business needs.
