Who wants to be a millionaire?I was talking with my Father in Law yesterday evening while having my Dinner. He was commenting on how nice it would be to win our state's lottery and what he would do with the money. I've know him for over half my life and so it didn't surprise me to hear what he'd do with the money. "Pay off debts for the kids, for myself" was his comment. He's a good man and has taught me a great deal of how to approach life and how to be a better man.
Who wants to be a millionaire? Well, if raising my hand up is all that's needed then count me in. Unfortunately, it's not that normally that easy but it can be done.
How do you do it? Well, make a plan and stick with it. Live on less than what you make, invest regularly (dollar cost averaging has a history over the long haul of performing well in good times and bad), take care of your health through exercise and start a business.
Start a business??? Many books I've read have noted the large number of millionaires who are business owners. Why not play the averages and start a business to as well. You can get paid out of the profits of the business and when you are finally done then sell the business for even more money. Sounds good to me.
