    • How to find your competitive advantage

    I've seen tons of boxing movies.  Somewhere in them, a sage manager tells the boxer what type of fighter they are or should be.  The manager recognizes the strengths and weaknesses of both his boxer and the opponent of his fighter.
     
    If you go into a ring with a boxer, knowing what their strengths and weaknesses are can help to avoid learning the hard way.
     
    The same thing is true in business.  You've got to recognize your competitive strengths and weaknesses in the marketplace or you're not going to be there long.
