Keep it simple in running a businessWhat's the most important report for your business? The one which deals with cash flows. Why? Well, when you run out of money (even if you made a profit), it's game over.
Keeping it simple in running a business means don't spend more than you make. Your business is likely to have good months and bad. Creating cash reserves in the good months mean the opportunity to ride out the slow months.
Also, it doesn't hurt to have a game plan for your business either. That's called a budget. A budget is where you hope to be after the end of a planned timeline. It's your roadmap for success.
