You never know where the next great idea will come fromI was meeting with a client this past Saturday. I've been in business a number of years now and what I've learned is you never stop learning.
I provide a tax folder containing supporting documents and a copy of the return for the client's records. The folder is distinctive enough where my clients know just by looking at it that it comes from my office. He mentioned one more thing which will add even more value to what I provide. It wouldn't cost me much but it would enhance the product.
See what I mean? I've been preparing tax returns and after all this time, I still had the opportunity to pick up a bit of advice on increasing the value of what I provide my customers.
The bit of advice is not as important to my story as being open to receiving constructive tips on what your customers would like to see. Sometimes you get lucky like I did and it falls right into your lap.
I am a CPA in San Antonio and provide bookkeeping, payroll, taxes and more. We offer a free initial visit and look forward to serving your business needs.
