You've got nothing without good healthMy job is largely sedentary. As a result, my Doctor had mentioned a few years ago that I either take medication or become more active.
It took me awhile to find the right physical activity for me before I decided on bicycling. It is a relatively inexpensive activity, you can see the sights from the seat of your bicycle, riding improves your well being and traveling via bicycle is less expensive than driving a car.
I now mainly ride with a couple of buddies but am equally happy with a solo ride.
The first three months of bicycling were terrible for me. Why? Well, my neighborhood is nothing but hills so riding was unpleasant until my body became conditioned to the rigors of pedaling for miles.
No matter how well your business does, you've got nothing without good health.
