Can you be consistent in what you do?I make trips to the Doctor a couple of times a year. Why? Well, it's not that I enjoy going but like any business asset, I need to have myself working at a consistent level. I need to know that my body won't break down during critical reporting periods. Eating like an adult (yes, I mean foods I really don't want to eat like spinach and vegetables instead of macaroni and cheese) keeps your operating costs lower. You wouldn't think about your body as a machine but it is in a way.
I have a regular exercise plan I follow and though deadlines will tax my body at times, I return to it once the crazy hours have subsided.
Being consistent in what you do (even food and exercise) will aid you in being more dependable in service you may provide and extend your productive years.
I am a CPA in San Antonio and provide bookkeeping, payroll, taxes and more. We offer a free initial visit and look forward to serving your business needs.
